Covenant Heritage Realty was founded by Theresa De La Rosa, a real estate broker and trusted relocation specialist serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, particularly throughout Denton County communities, with licensure in Florida and a strong partner network in Orlando assisting clients purchasing second homes and vacation properties.

With more than 19 years of real estate experience, Theresa is known for her strategic approach, market insight, and client-first mindset. As the wife of a veteran and a mother, she brings a strong sense of integrity, service, and advocacy to every client relationship.

She has been recognized as a RateMyAgent Price Expert for two consecutive years and is an AI Certified Real Estate Professional through the KREM Institute.
